Event Challenge? Dinner Party for 30

Event Challenge? Dinner Party for 30

Plate Decor

Event Challenge: To create a “family” style dinner party, with a “New York” atmosphere.

Creative Concept: This concept was all about “family” and “home” with a touch of elegance and style. Guests were seated banquet style, and served an Italian Menu of Pasta, Salads, Salmon, and wine. White and blue table décor kept the space soft and inviting, while formally dressed waiters added some New York Class.

Guest Count : 30

Winter Table Center Piece
It's that time again. The weather is starting to get colder and the days are becoming shorter and it's almost time to start making your christmas list! We know you want to decorate your home for the holidays but we also know it can be quite expensive buying new decorations every year. Well we have a solution for you!

Here is a simple and cost efficient table piece that will brighten up any table!

You will need:

A package of pine cones.
A small (or big) glass container.
A package of sea glass (in any color you'd like).

All of these items are purchasable in your local Kmart, Target, or home ware store.

Next , follow these easy steps.

1. Pour in enough sea glass to fill the bottom of your glass container. You can pour as much as you want to your liking ( I like mine about a 3rd full)

2. Drop a pine cone inside on top of the sea glass (we recommend just one...keep it simple!)

3. Make more!

Once the holidays are over, you can save the glass containers and the sea glass for your next decoration! You'll have items you can reuse over and over all year around for all your special occasions!

Love,
Jessie
