Creative Concept: This concept was about creating a gallery space for an artist collective working with paintings in a variety of subjects.

The focus of the event was to clearly represent their work in the 1315 Gallery event space environment, culminating in an evening opening and cocktail reception.

Gather your goodies

Make sure you get some quality goodies for your guests to enjoy. Some companies are happy to sponsor products if you display their logo or name during the event and offer to include their marketing material. Local businesses are a good place to start, including them in your event can also build goodwill and community!

Design your bag

Pick a bag that matches your color scheme or brand. The bag should not be too big, and should be easy to carry. If you’re not sure: white or black is always classy and matches everything!

Say Thank You

Attach a customized Thank You label thanking your guests for their presence and support. You can include the information of the Charity, and any other information you think they’d need to know!

Event Challenge: Midsummer Benefit Cocktail Event

Creative Concept: To create a chic cocktail party in a unique environment for guests with the specific goal of highlighting sponsors and raising funds for the non profit of our choice New Yorkers for Children.

Specialty items at the event included Nitrogen popcorn mixed on display, boutique cocktails and elegant gift bags. For an element of fun 28on27 powered a photo booth with a pop up visual display, and prop chest.

Event Challenge:  Art Show : Jacky Kampeas "A Retrospective in Paint" 

Creative Concept: This concept was about creating a gallery space for the artist Jacky Kampeas.

The focus of the event was to clearly represent his work to guests and art buyers in a solo show environment. To achieve this 10 large paintings were mounted on white walls, flowers dressed the bar, and a catering station was created.

Event Challenge: Monif C's Plus Size Women's Swimwear Event. 

Creative Concept: This event concept was created by Monif C and her team. Celebrating her summer plus size swimwear collection, guests walked into a tropical paradise. 1315 Studios was decorated with palm tees, beautiful floral arrangements, a custom Laura Little surfboard, and gorgeous gals. Our cyclorama was transformed into a beach-like theme decorated with sand, umbrellas, and beach chairs. We are pleased to have been a part of hosting this beautiful event.

Event Challenge: To create an interesting and Unique gallery space.

Creative Concept: This concept was about creating a gallery space that felt unique and polished, while still capturing the industrial feel of the city. The guests were welcomed with dramatic lighting and floating art pieces from the different artists participating in the event. The art works were suspended from the ceiling using metal wires. There was a total of four projections throughout the space, three of which were interactive and streaming live content. The guests were also treated to a acoustic performance by Midnight Spin.
