Thinking of putting together a Gift Bag for your charity event? No idea how? Follow these simple instructions and you’ll have some fabulous gift bags in no time!

Gather your goodies
Make sure you get some quality goodies for your guests to enjoy. Some companies are happy to sponsor products if you display their logo or name during the event and offer to include their marketing material. Local businesses are a good place to start, including them in your event can also build goodwill and community!

Design your bag
Pick a bag that matches your color scheme or brand. The bag should not be too big, and should be easy to carry. If you’re not sure: white or black is always classy and matches everything!

Say Thank You
Attach a customized Thank You label thanking your guests for their presence and support. You can include the information of the Charity, and any other information you think they’d need to know!

Event Challenge: Midsummer Benefit Cocktail Event

Creative Concept: To create a chic cocktail party in a unique environment for guests with the specific goal of highlighting sponsors and raising funds for the non profit of our choice New Yorkers for Children.

Specialty items at the event included Nitrogen popcorn mixed on display, boutique cocktails and elegant gift bags. For an element of fun 28on27 powered a photo booth with a pop up visual display, and prop chest.
